Time Payments

Select purchases are eligible for Time Payments.

The qualifying eligibility of an item will be determined at the discretion of an authorized Southern California Comics employee. Purchases that qualitfy will strictly be held to adhere to the following Payment Plan Terms:

1. A NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT of one-third of the amount of the agreed Total of purchase must be made in order to reserve the item(s).

2. Payments must be made on a monthly basis.

3. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. You have three months to complete all payments.

5. Any cancellation must be made within the first 30 days of the start of this contract. After this 30 day period, you agree that any payments made after the initial non-refundable down payment will not be refunded. If payment defaults, you agree to the terms that all collected payments and the items outlined in this time payment document will remain the property of Southern California Comics.
